Yes, it works just like repulse, where it ignores all defences and does damage based of initial hit, so if they crit your clone for 100k, it will splash 80k to all, even your position one with very high stats.

It was very fast after the release of the fix, maybe a week or two later. The reason was it was crashing/black screen the game to much. We have exact same sosp here as tencent version has, just china doesn't stack as much as us so his spash is not a problem there. When you fight sosp naruto in matsuri you will see how much power he looses when you fight spread stats. Like Dresq said the problem is not the splash, it's the crazy injury difference we have between P1 and P 2-4 which just doesn't exist in china.
