Ok for right now I'd go with this for your main team:

You don't really have any amazing pos 1 carry ninjas right now so Hayate will have to do for now. This gives him a fair amount of buffs and Rin gives you some survivability.

Once you get Yugao to 3 stars and get her passive that makes 2 sword users immune at the start of each round, I'd switch to this team. The buffs aren't as big but you have a little more safety in terms of keeping debuffs off.

In terms of ranked battle teams you can try this. Put your main team like above in one of the slots and then for the other two:

(If you're using Iruka in your main team you can put Asuma WB in here instead or something).

I also just put what I consider to the best breakthroughs for these ninjas in this situation there, if you don't have all of them it's not the end of the world, that's just the most optimal set up, it will still work without them all.
