My mini client isn't working. I click on it to open, and it hasn't done anything. It's just a black screen. Been like this for the past hour.
Hello, thank you for trying the typical fixes for issues such as this. If restarting your wifi, reinstalling client, and restarting your computer did not work, then I would suggest trying to login via a VPN, this will allow you to bypass some server issues.

Hello, I tried hotspot shield vpn. It connected, but still didn't load. Currently using old client, works well, but crashes often.
I use hotspot shield Vpn. For client, I'm using the 2.4 version. 3.3, the newest one doesn't work for me.
