  • Hello, thank you for trying the typical fixes for issues such as this. If restarting your wifi, reinstalling client, and restarting your computer did not work, then I would suggest trying to login via a VPN, this will allow you to bypass some server issues.

  • Hello, I tried hotspot shield vpn. It connected, but still didn't load. Currently using old client, works well, but crashes often.
