I restarted my pc, uninstalled and re-installed. Nothing works.

  • Hello, thank you for trying the typical fixes for issues such as this. If restarting your wifi, reinstalling client, and restarting your computer did not work, then I would suggest trying to login via a VPN, this will allow you to bypass some server issues.

Hello, I tried hotspot shield vpn. It connected, but still didn't load. Currently using old client, works well, but crashes often.

I use hotspot shield Vpn. For client, I'm using the 2.4 version. 3.3, the newest one doesn't work for me.
