The only difference here is that Y costs 20 less chakra and doesn't deal splash damage

So if you can afford having 80 chakra round 2 picking +2 is the better choice for sure

The difference here is that +2 attacks the front row and Y attacks a randow row

I think random row is a better choice because the front rows are very tanky usually

A hard choice but I recommend using Y generally because if you plan on using him you want to have a lot of chakra gain ninjas anyway

And surpressing immunity is always really important

So before action vs at the start of a round (with 20% less hp regen)

I believe Y is the safer option generally. Even though you will have them both activated anyway when using mystery the thing is what if someone kills your Danzo before he has a chance to do his mystery? So 20% less hp regen but a safer option

Y is the higher damage one, not many good anbu ninjas these days but he could buff himself if you are using his mystery at low hp

While +2 is great for some bonus survivability, pick your poison wisely

Breakthrough priority

Really hard to determine it because all of these breakthroughs are pretty good but roughly said you should try for:

Mystery > Passive 2, Passive 1 > Chase > Standard Attack

1. Fire Main

Don't use your fire main mystery early in the round because you won't be able to attack, wait for the standard attacks and you should enter the round 2 with 80 chakra (unless your enemy drains it, but well you are always risking that when using Danzo)

Danzo passive 2 can be switched to Y if you are not confident in your crit rate

2. Earth Main

This one relies a bit more on Danzo generating the chakra for himself, you might even consider using the +1 chase and not Y

3. Wind Main

A f2p friendly team, use Itachi mystery round 1 and you'll have 100 chakra round 2 for sure (this also has a risk because the enemy can remove the barrier but your chakra can't be drained round 1 at least)
