stamina not charging

Is this a bug? i'm on S15 Temari, was doing Strong Approaching, i had 30 stamina, but from 4:30 to about 5:30 my stamina didnt charge at all except the 100 you get at 5:00.
Would not normally have noticed it but i started attempting Strong Approaching difficult when i just had 30 stamina, just enough to enter, so it was easy to see how much had charge. Was trying to get a high score so i kept refreshing and never finished an attempt.

Edit: just logged in the game again and stamina went up by 3 points. so basically from 4:30-5:35 my stamina only charged by 3 points...

Edit: ok so it seems while inside the Strong Approaching the stamina doesn't charge at all. i went back doing Strong Approaching again around 5:45 til about 6:15 and my stamina did not charge at all during that time.

Also this is another topic, but the chases seemed a broken. I used shurado, lighting main, guy, and kabuto. After I cast Chidori Blade Shadow 50% or more of the time Kabuto doesn't follow up with his chase, and when he does chase Shurado doesn't follow up with his chase. It's super frustrating.
