It was naruto 2nd passive Y

Everytime enemy use mystery skill naruto get extra standard attack and every time naruto launch standard attack 15%ninjutsu so yeah hes basicly a GOD

The Y+1 gives the extra standards, its better than the +2 branch most of the time.
