i think you should consider the Konoha Great Tree Level 7, there may drop Madara Ten Tails Frags. and since it's max level of Konoha Great Tree, you may spend a lot of your coupons to get 180 frags of him.

but don't forget, in order to openthe level 7 Tree u need to offer 20.000 Cps. so, roughly to say, you can spend 120.000 + Cps on Konoha Great Tree for a 100% secure frags of Madara Ten Tails Jinchuriki.

Huh, interesting idea. I would need only 80 frags , as I already have 100. Hmm, gona keep this in mind. 20k to get level 7 and then it would all depend on the drop rate. Any idea how good is it? Its not same % for all the items in tree right?

oh yeah, i had to mention aswell, he got those 100 Frags of Madara Ten Tail Jinchuriki Jackpot from the Slot Machine in the other day, that's why he intend to pull that to it's highest potential.

My experience:

I got him twice in lucky stars wheel:

1st try: I spent 5200 coupons (3* him, 80 frags)+claimings

2nd try: Actually spent 30k but didn't get him (you still get power things by claiming points)

3rd try: I got 100 frags of him (and made him 4*) spending only 800 coupons

I never tried other events like tsukuyomi or sakura (I just wen for Ino's Flowers once).
