Well, I'm still waiting for them to remove some obsolete questions from Ninja test (like the one with how many checkpoints does Survival trial have - that's been obsolete for a few years now, since we now have different system) and remove the german questions completely from it (still receiving at least one per week even if I have reported the problem from multiple accounts already around 10 times in the last 2 years). Still waiting for them to fix Cat Quiz bug, where you get 4 of the same answers to choose from but only 1 is correct. I guess the story of Naruto ended before the Great ninja war, since that is the last chapter in the game and the last chapter still has no rewards for completing it. Still waiting for any new Team Instances and Ninja Tools (they have not changed that in years). Still waiting for any new events, they are also been on repeat for years now. Still waiting for additional nature trainings for main characters, it would be fun to be able to choose from different nature trainings for main characters. Around 95% of the characters in the game is obsolete and unusable, what's the point in even having them if you only see 10-15 me


I respect your opinion, but that doesn't change the reality nothing is being fixed and developed in the game - just look at the recent problems with summertime clock change - this happens every 6 months and it's been going on for years so how is that fixing it? I have been sending tickets repeatedly for eliminating German questions from Ninja test for 2 years now, everytime I get a reply it's been forwarded to developers, but still getting the same questions on a regular basis - is that fixing it? What will moderators do, that support is not able or paid for to do? Everything just goes to * and this is the reality for me, so I've cut down on many alts I've played in the game just to keep groups and servers alive, but nothing is improving, just getting worse.
Exactly (Though), Anbu San And ImSam San Forwarding Our Questions To The Moderators On The Forums Here Or By Either Submitting A Customer Support Ticket Is The Only Form Of Any Communication That We Have Between The Developers And The Community (Here) As A Whole (Though) In Order For The Developers To Some Degree Understand What Are The Current Issues That Are Currently Plaguing Our Current Experience (To Begin With) In The Game As A Whole (Currently Though)..ImSam San Because At The End Of The Day..It's Ultimately Up To Them If They Want To Press On Further With Your Current Issue (At That Time Though) To The Developers For A Possible Resolution Of Some Sort (Ultimately Though) Or To (Ultimately) Stop When Upon Initial Message's That Has Been Sent To The Developers Though..When No Response Has Been Received From Them About That Current Issue At That Time (Ultimately Though), ImSam San..?
To be honest, I have no idea, what you are trying to say... 
But let's take for example my problem with German questions in Ninja test - I have given at least 10 different tickets with screenshots of the issue. They have been forwarded to developes and after 2-3 days the ticket was changed to resolved. I work in IT so for me this is a sign that the problem is fixed, but for them I guess it means something different. So what more should I do to have this bug resolved? Is it really that hard to solve something as simple as that? Delete or translate the * question! That is juts proof they don't care about our opinions and reports, they want your money, but don't want to work for it.
Lol, so what did you just tell me I already don't know? Can you tell me what have they improved in the game in the last 6-12 months? They are just too lazy to fix and improve anything, so we agree on that. 
Not to sound like a downer, but I hope training in the DB does not happen. If it does, it will be like arena. It takes like 20 minutes to get a fight going because everyone goes to training. There have been times I have queued up for arena for little over a hour. Lucky for me I have a TV to watch while I queue up. Ranked arena is almost dead, and I personally think its because of a lot of people leaving the game and the training battle.
I think the problem is with people leaving the game, not with training mode. Active players (that play ranked) achieve 6paths rank in the first few days of the month and after that it's pointless for them to do ranked. So the lack of active players is the problem, not the training mode. And players are leaving because every suggestion that is presented to developers is never actually implemented, so why even bother suggesting anything if in the end nothing is implemented or fixed. It's just sad to see servers go dead and your friends leaving after they get tired of seeing everything on repeat.

The thing that bothers me with Oasis tickets is that they just close (resolve) the tickets after 2-3 days without giving any explanation. I'm working in IT for a while now and we also have a ticket system from our users. But we can not close them without fixing the problem and/or at least giving them an explanation why the problem happened if it's not something we can fix (like users making mistakes when using he system). That's what is frustrating with Oasis support and their ticket system. And you can send tickets for the same problem multiple times (for example german questions in ninja test or 4 same answers in cat quiz), they just close it after a few days with no feedback and also no solution after.
