I can charge one time per week becouse of the system you guys working, i have maney in my bank and theres is no limitation on a black card. When i charge my account with my credit card it appears the charge from OASIS GAMES LIMITED Ho, but the maney doesnt event get out of my account. This happen multi times and i already miss a lot of events becouse of this. Can you guys make something about this before i miss anyother evens? This also happen in the brazilian servers, dont know if this helps but i thinks its the system you guys are working as i told you Reply

Hello, there are currently no recharge issues that I am aware of, but for the issues you are experiencing on our version of this game, you might need to create a CS ticket, and they will be able to provide you with more information. It might be a good idea to contact your credit card company to see if they are stopping the recharge from payment from processing.
