Yes there are chances. If he has done recharge or maybe saved some packs, items and then boosted in a day. Power goes up quickly at your level.

Wrong, its not possible given the situation, if he had purchased a ninja medal and stamina, the bonus xp would be enough to possibly get him that far. I saw this guy get that far and the server had only been open a few hours and he had no ninja medal, meaning he wasnt gettting extra xp, meaning that kinda lvl for him wasnt possible in the time frame.

Theoretically reaching Lv110 Day 1 is possible. You just need to recharge an absurd amount of ingots and buy stamina, keep sweeping plot instance until you reach lv110. Is this the case for your person? Probably not.
