    Means when someone uses your card and you reported it to get a refund. Then the account on where the top up has been made will obviously going to be banned.
well yea but impresion you get from, recharging for someone else is prohibited. ts screaming at you that your friend cant recharge for you, and risking ban. + how exactly will this improve safety?

    I will give you a scenario..
    I am your friend through out your server started. Pretty rich ... Then I asked u to give me ur log ins and will top up for you since topping up for a friend or someone is not prohibited. After providing he disposed everything that you have.

    We are merely doing safety measures on account leakages and to take precautions on something more worst that could happen.
you mentioned friend in this scenario yet the scenario didnt continue using said friend.

so that means its allowed for someone to recharge for you as long as both sides agree and report was not made by either side? how will it work if someoen recharge for his friend and 3rd party report them?
