Obito 10T is currently not attainable by redeeming fragments via coupons. He is exclusively in events via ingots and/or that requires RNG.

With his breaks, I can see him easily becoming a meta. But unfortunately he is ingots only. He was jackpot in lucky stars for a weeks if I remember correctly.

True. I've seen him once as jackpot too. That one need to be super lucky. Basically there's no other available coupon way to get him.

I don't think so.. When madara BT arrived there is no fuku with him so don't expect him to be in fuku LOL
