I'd suggest going for Great Ninja War Treasure also since most of the Barrier Units in Five-Kage Treasure aren't usable for the long run anymore. Aside from that, like what Takosabi said above, save up your Seal Scrolls first up to 300 or at least 264 and use them when there's a Limited Recruitment Event so you'll get a rebate. Thank you.
