Hello, this could be caused by your computer maxing out your cpu or ram while trying to load the interface, or a connection issue.

My connection and CPU and Ram works fine, Don't have this problem with other games i play. I even did a factory reset on this pc, And the problem Persists

After discussing with another staff member, they said another player experienced a similar issue caused by a faulty client download. I would suggest uninstalling the miniclient and reinstalling it, or trying a previous version of the miniclient and see if that helps.

I actually did that 3 times, I still get the same issue. not only does the client crash, the pc crashes also. Forcing it to either shut down or restarts back up again

Have you tried this or experienced this with an older version of the miniclient?

I tried this on both clients. Different effects

The older client just locks up, And does nothing for hours. I tried this on another PC, And I get the same results

The mini client that i tried 3 times, It crashes and force reboots the PC.

I even cleaned both CPU and ram on my PC i get the same issue. I talked to a PC repair Tec support, It's not my PC It's mostly on your guys end that is the issue the Mini Client and old client is misbehaving and or might be causing the random crashes and lock ups.

Alright, we haven't been able to find anyone else experiencing this identical issue with an actually crashing PC, so it's probably some combination of incompatible hardware unique to your situation. The fact that it's happening to you on multiple computers is extremely strange. You didn't download your miniclient from one of those sketchy sites *not* offered by us, right? You got it from our official site, right?

That not being the case, I would suggest at this point that you suggest putting in a ticket with the customer support team to see if they can find out if something is causing the crashes with your account. It might be server-side, and there could be logs of it. Here's the link to do so.
