some of my tendo fragements are gone. earlier i just sweep my 400 seal scrolls for tendo treasure and i have prepared around 130+ fragments for tendo so i can immediately get his breakthrough but sadly when i checked its down to 98 fragments. please help. my ign is 1nk S1589 :Kato Style 300028392433438 UID

it seems no resolution will be provided. shame. i earnestly each farm for those fragments and now its all gone. just because i cannot provide a screenshot of the 130+ fragments my claims for this is *ulent. well let me tell you this. I HAVENT ANTICIPATED THIS BUG AT ALL.

already did dude sadly up to this day nothing. i still hope this gets fixed if not ill just drop this game after this week of no resolution.

This is still being investigated. The system automatically states a ticket has been resolved if it is inactive for too long. I would suggest creating a new ticket and informing them of the situation.
