You can't really blame everything on Oasis, It's not their own game but Tencent's so we are only getting translation from the main Chinese version and apply updates and patches that Tencent decides to do. Oasis doesn't have power to change the core of the game like they want with out Tencet's approval. They can improve quality of the game for sure tho I agree 100%. Chinese community (or 1 person I should say) created mod for the game that makes all cutscenes HD quality, added new backgrounds to fights, voice lines to ninjas etc basicly all the cool things that should be in the game already and Tencent allows playerbase to use it. Literally no idea why Oasis and Tencent don't care about making that mod as base game client to improve quality of the game by 200% by doing almost nothing since the guy made the job for them.

As for skill trials I don't recall other ninja other than Edo tensei Hashirama that got skill trial double released so it did happen already in the past but is very unlikely to happen again. 6p Naruto skill trials are coming out very soon and with their release Rinne Sasuke becomes one of the best (if not the best alongside kakuzu) in slot support to counter Naruto with his Fear debuff so I don't think he needs or will get a buff. In good hands 4*BT Sasuke always was highest tier Ninja in the game both dps/support wise.

Problem is that mostly f2p players buy Sasuke thinking he will be their pos1 hard carry with badly stacked pos1 and weak backline (mostly bad ninjas backline as well, no edo minato for barrier or taka suigetsu, 4 star nagato etc just using base konan) and he completly fails in comparison to ninjas like Kushina that just work for everybody. A lot of players also get baited with this whole chakra idea bringing base Itachi which is nonsense.

Sasuke as support in teams like: 1) Kimono Shisui 2) Edo minato 3) Lightning main 4) Rin Sasuke (My main and fav team outside of Sage Kabuto - Obito - Kakuzu) or

Sasuke as dmg dealer in teams like 1) Rinne Sasuke 2) Taka Suigetsu 3) BT Edo Nagato 4) Fire/Earth/Lightning main work really well and are considered top tier meta teams capable of winning vs any team with power advantage. (Shisui's team even with power disadvantage cuz of initiative scaling)

PS I also think that Sasuke should get a bit more love and get debuff immunity or something unique to him as super armor level 2 (can't be removed like Ashura's debuff immunity level 2) and those debuffs around 70% to not feel like bs RNG on the same tier as summer Kurenai (minato enfeeble isn't any weaker and has 70%) but like I said overall I like him a lot and he is very powerful in good hands. One thing for sure tho, if we get Sasuke [Adult] in the future I really hope he will be meta breaking pos1 hard carry since he never was one and that's a shame. No more support/debuff/utility Sasuke with decend but not the highest carry potential. People want glass cannon Sasuke that owns. Every Naruto version (Sage mode - Kurama - Ronin - Sage of 6 path) was game breaking pos1 hard carry 100% sure people want at least 1 version of Sasuke with same level of meta d0mination

Would be nice if you could say at least few of those lots of things as examples to change my mind. I hope you are not talking about changing release schedule of characters or just decisions related to making more money.

PS I get it that Oasis didn't bother to patch some small things like Tsunade npc, coin shop update, changed release schedule, different pricing of ninjas, still no Manda gnw summon etc basicly we could agree that they are lazy and didn't implement a bit of content that should be already there but Oasis never did and like I said most likely can't do decisions that change core of the game by themself such as:

1) Changing / Adding new skill trials for ninjas

2) Buffing / Nerfing ninjas

3) Adding / Removing events [such as 9tails ofc not talking about weekly events]

4) Updating the game from visual point

etc they are not able to make those changes themself and can only wait for Tencent.

Do you really believe Oasis wouldn't add some changes themself if they could to make more money? (nothing wrong in that btw) 4 star BT rule is the only big change and thank god they managed to do it...
