That team's synergy is tops. Rin will for help for the first couple seconds then you will get hit with 2345678 standards and it's over. Wait till you run into that same lineup but with full broke Zetsu adding 5 copy ninjas with even more standards

Minato is one of the best counters to kisame and konan so there is a way but remember that if the other guy is much stronger or has way more stacked pos1 ninja it's no reasonable to expect to win vs those people a lot. [unless we talking arena]

What you can do:

1) Use your minato with enfeeble skill trial, way superior in current meta (and barrier if you have it, no it's not useless vs kisame. He cant go full chakra round1 mystery)

2) Add ninjas that will help you survive initial damage if you have problems with that (GNW Madara / Rin / Chiriku / Sasuke or Kurenai for chaos etc)

3) No clue what ninjas you have so can only think about f2p setups like try pos1 Minato - pos2 summer Kurenai - pos3 Earth main - pos4 Rin, get that enfeeble and shield stacking and you should be able to win vs kisame

Personally if I have to fight vs stronger kisame tryhard spacetime I would use Minato - GNW Madara - Grudge Kakuzu - Earth main with defense knowledge talent. Apply enfeeble roll massive shields with madara and Kisame literally can't do anything to you or my favorite setup currently Shisui kimono - Minato (enfeeble) - Rin Sasuke - Lightning main but that's more risky and kind of whale level since you can't afford to lose backline instantly with this setup

PS If you are talking about arena and having problems vs setups like Creation Kakuzu - Swimsuit Konan - Kisame then well there is close to nothing you can do Those setups are so broken in arena that the only things that can stop them are still indeed ninjas like minato / shisui / madara but you need as well:

1) Revive Tsunade

2) Sasuke with Fear skill trial

3) Same setup or some kind of zetsu cheese
