Hi,

I am noticing that Suigetsu's Ninja evasion is happening more often than 30%. There are ninjas out there with VERY High chance of dodging Standard, Mystery, chase and it does not happen as often as Suigetsu(Taka) Ninja Evasion. I just got Indra and he did not even dodge 3, THREE, mysteries that came he way at turn 1 before he EVEN acted. The description of Indra is almost the same as Naruto Sage of the Six Paths and it never triggers, even Madara Ten Tails dodge more often than my Indra. Could you please help explain what is happening? There should be no way 30% happens more often than 30% and a description that has VERY high chance did not even trigger ONCE at 3 mysteries or even attacks or chases before he moves or used a mystery.
