Evasion Rate that evades multiple types of actions (can evade mys, chase or standard) and can be triggered multiple times per round will be affected by Defense and Resistance stat.

The higher the Def/Res stat of that ninja or the lower Def/Res stat of the opponent, the more chance that ninja will evade.
