Hello, I just want to verify that you recharged at least 50 ingots, on separate days. If this is indeed true, you will have to create a CS ticket and provide them with the proof of the recharges, as well as the screenshots showing that you were not able to claim the event.

It takes a few days for for the customer support team to respond to tickets; you'll just have to be patient and wait for a response. Is your ticket still marked as pending?
