isn't that version of tsunade a bit expensive there in 30k fuku, not to mention that if my math is correct 16 x 6 = 96, 4 frags short of 3 to 4 stars? and kabuto only 80?
feel like the content of the packs are a bit unbalanced that's all, i assume prob because they think/know most people will go for 6p i guess?
Well if people are asking for Naruto's BT ever since they found out, they will probably want to prepare. So it makes sense to add him especially if it looks like BT is coming soon for our server.
The less frags present means the more expensive it is. Given that Tsunade is at 6 means they gotta give out more frags if the cost is lower than kabuto/naruto 6p, which seems like so.

missed my point there mostly... tsunade is overvalued as a 30k fuku ninja even if they give 100 frags which is not even 100 frags, the whole option pack in itself is unbalanced, could had added better ninjas/supports, hell where is our boii itachi edo/kimono or.... taka karin oh wait i forgot they paywall the good healers...
Unbalanced in terms of ninja quality but not in terms of pricing I guess. If it Tsunade was at the same amount of frags, then it would be both. I highly doubt people would choose tsunade when naruto and kabuto are better options.
