If they did not, the account receives and email with some coupons stating until they have the means to recharge, here's a little extra to say thanks for playing. 10 coupons a day might be an acceptable amount. Reducing the coupon value of goods while I continue to recharge for the same amount means my ingot/coupon ROI will increase. It will be inversely proportional. They will need to rework the ingot payout for recharges and the exchange rate for ingot to coupon. Sounds doable but I'm confident it will be too much work.
