1＃ Go Toso as you can see in the picture the name of the user doesn't appear which is my second account and it's been like that since the first day when I created the account. its name is "it's me"

It Is (Most Likely) Caused By The Naruto Online "Mini Client" Software Having Conflicts With "Displaying" Certain Words (For Example This Situation Also Occurs (To A Degree) When Certain "Specialized" Characters Are Used In Other Players' Username (That Is As Such Though) Also Or It Is An Issue With Punctuation That's Currently Being Used In Your Username) In The Naming System (That Is As Such Though), Fire San
before the flash issue i used to play on google/opera and it's the same problem nothing changed so i don't think it's a mini client problem ( also i tried all of the mini client versions and it's no use)

It may be because of the apostrophe. You're not supposed to use any kind of punctuation in usernames. Most such characters will simply not appear, rather than censoring out the whole name, however. Are you continuing to experience this issue? And more importantly, are you experiencing this issue in other game modes, other chats, and other areas? Is it causing your account a hardship, or is it just a minor, trifling annoyance?
If the latter, than I would suggest simply ignoring it, since it's not causing any harm.
EDIT: OK, I've talked to the CS team, and they've told me that the reason this is happening is because of the apostrophe. Changing your name should fix the issue.
Edit: I've also deleted your picture. Try to avoid putting up sensitive information like your email address.
