I'm Not Sure But During My Time (Playing This Game) In 2017 To 2018 Was When The Staff Did Decide To Give Every Player That Was Present (At The Time) The "Free Jonin Medals" That You Were Talking About Above (That Is As Such Though) Which Was A Result Of A Glitch Or Bug That Was Present At That Time And Was Offered To Us As "Compensation" For Said Issue (That Is As Such Though)..I Think Some Reports At The Time Stated Otherwise Is The Case Though Like Reaching "Level 52" Then You Could Obtain "VIP Silver Medals" Though, Thebossofpassio San..?
