I don't know how many times people have to post about this issue, but the servers almost always start exhibiting issues before Nine Tails or Sage Battlefield.

I'm tired of the reporting the same issue and seeing zero progress or updates regarding the issue. Who do I have to go to get something done? Who do I contact at Bandai (because the people here sure as HELL aren't getting it done)?


Here you go - the error that typically appears at this time. Please. Fix it. Let me know how you are sending out reimbur*ts, it's way past the point where I'm willing to be patient.

Hey, imagine that - games works fine right after Sage Battlefield. Invest in better servers, good lord.

Apologies about the double post - Here's some more. This time on the Nine Tails event. Notice the loading failure.

Shortly after that failure, game froze and it required a refresh. Happened twice so far....

EDIT:

Third try it loaded....then froze. Refreshing again...and it froze again. Fifth try, it worked...slowly.

Sage World Battlefield
That events cause a lot of bugs PLEASE Developers, DO SOMETHING remove those events and replace it with others or fix it T_T

It's a problem on your connection. Regarding your suggestion to remove/replace the main events : (the answer is NO). This has been an event of Naruto Online since then.

Bandai Namco Entertainment has nothing to do with this game. Oasis games just bought license from them and they are featured/mentioned in every official web page. Well, they are part of this game but only in license phase/part or w/e you want to call it. In other words, they can't do anything with servers, game or it's functions.

If there is something you want to report, you can contact me since I'm in charge of Customer service and I'm taking care of all bugs, server problems, payment problems etc.

Back to your problem - I'm sorry you are experiencing this problem. We want to make sure our servers are stable and we are improving them. We will check this. If you get this problem again, please try to use browser version and let me know if you got this problem while using browser too.
