This action item should be escalated to fire. All available workers from all teams should be on this leaving skeleton crews to manage the rest.

This is day 8 already with broke X-Server functionality it worked yesterday in the morning or a full whopping hour and then was broken again.... This is also the 4th sage we missed and we are going towards the weekend and then for certain we wont get a fix. So our server cluster is left for dead already for 2 weeks almost... Cmon guys fix it please. Half of the game is dead and we dont hear anything oficially about a permanent solution and compensation for all the missed events because of the broken server.

We should compile all the stuff thats being missed. If we dont atleast get that as compensation, Oasis finally managed to get me to quit. Arena is where most of my fun lies since you can actually win without being op as hell.

This is what we should get so far if they are actually working on this:
Arena Rewards: 400 moons per day (8x so far, so 3200) + the 6 missions on sunday
2 Great plates keys per day (4 so far)
Matsuri (2X
SWB (5x so far)
Training Grounds (2x so far)
Cat Quiz (2x so far)
Rouge Ninja (2x if not fixed tomorow)
Bonds (8x so far)
Shinobi Feast Rewards (if they dont fix it till the end of the event)


What did I miss?

You can show good will and appease a lot of people if you just send these rewards while you work on it. If your players /Money mashines are important to you that is.

We are not ignoring this thread of this issue, we are recording and trying to get any updates that we can, and trying to provide as much information as we can to the devs. We are incredibly sorry that this is still an ongoing issue.

On behalf of the team, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience happening to you all from the servers affected by this issue. Our developers are currently trying to fix the problem permanently. Our CS Staffs are also working non-stop for gathering info and reaching out to the peoples above us to make sure that the issue will be handled first before other. I do ask you guys for more patience in the meantime and rest assured that affected players will get proper compensation soon. We are very sorry.

Not playing the devil's advocate but Cat quiz and Rogue ninja could be played since they are not cross server events.Great plates are limited to 20 daily so you can complete that even with broken functionality.

I really hope the 2 seal compensation was not the intended compensation for this issue right?
Just saying, since, with oasis you never know....

7 days of welfare event had arena also and we couldn't do 3v3 arena so it would be 6 days of it

this for the bug that u couldn't synthesize seal scrolls

Today monthly event to fight 5 fights in arena is on for a week and we can do those either. Just adding to the list.

And 2 seals we got isn't even enough to cover Matsuris we missed to those who would have gotten 5 wins from them. Even themed arena we can't do is worth seals, summon scrolls + ninja frags.

Most people are anrgy about missing ninja frags (for example 3v3) and lost sun & moon scrolls, that could have been used in many things. Just giving a hint of what to compensate at least.

Aaand another Training Grounds and Matsuri lost because of this bug. NO chance to max Sun coins this week anymore.

As a few of the other players stated, the two seal scrolls sent were not compensation sent out for this error, but were instead sent for the seal scroll fragment issue. I am still trying to talk to them regarding the compensation for this server in particular, and thank you guys for recording the events that have been missed due to this issue.

Also dont forget Space-Time i cant compete in that also...

Day 9, just saying! It should not take this long. Working on it day and night, collecting the issues/problems. You are trying to tell me that devs or whatever you call them, cannot lo login into their own game to experience the issues themselves???? I really don't know what to think of this. Take the game down, get into our server and see for yourselves. Any other game would have already done that. But collecting the same info for 9 days is not going to fix things.

Obviously this is a lie , no one is working on anything .Most likely Oasis has only 2-3 people overseeing all 1700 servers or how many there are now and everything must be automated , the cycle events etc . They probably call out the devs or whatever they call them only when major issues happen (hint': recharge issues) our cluster is really old and only few active players so they don't consider this a major issue enough to bother out the devs . When another major issue happen and the devs will be called out to fix it they will look into our issue also, probably.

I think the best course of action for players to do now is to stop recharging at least untill the issue is fixed . Oasis only speaks money . they don't understand words or complains, so you guys sould speak in the only language they understand, MOney.

I was being sarcastic lol. As for "talking their language", They really don't care about some servers spending less or no more money. If they cared, they would have already fixed this.
