I had immediately forwarded that the issue was not fixed, I am waiting for a response regarding this, or for it to be fixed.

I have been told that they are still working on this. I have not received any ETA, but we have not forgotten about this, and I have been bugging them as much as I can to get this corrected asap.

Did Sage Arena work for anyone here?

This issue is not being ignored, we are still trying to do whatever we can to get them to rectify this issue. The techs have been looking into it and trying to fix the issue. They believe they had it fixed yesterday, which is when it was operating correctly for approximately an hour, and then we reported that it was not working again, and hopefully it gets fixed soon! Compensation is also being discussed with the team.

We are not ignoring this thread of this issue, we are recording and trying to get any updates that we can, and trying to provide as much information as we can to the devs. We are incredibly sorry that this is still an ongoing issue.

As a few of the other players stated, the two seal scrolls sent were not compensation sent out for this error, but were instead sent for the seal scroll fragment issue. I am still trying to talk to them regarding the compensation for this server in particular, and thank you guys for recording the events that have been missed due to this issue.

We have been inquiring in regards to the compensation for this issue, and currently the devs are trying to figure out the best compensation to send to the players, and hopefully this process is completed soon.

If there were any missing rewards or issues with the compensation, please let us know.
