What Browser Is This link (https://flash.puffin.com/https://naruto.oasgames.com/en/serverlist) Supposed To Be Used For (Though)..? (Because I've Tried It In Safari On My iOS Device (It Didn't Work There) And I've Also Tried It On The Google Chrome (App) Browser On My Android Phone Too (It Doesn't Work There Either))

Ok, But It Does Heavily Lag On My Computer Though..So I Might Just S-t-i-c-k With The "Mini Client" (That's Currently) On My PC (Though) And Also With The Puffin (App) That's On My Android Phone (Also Though)
