  • this is not exactly how it works... with your logic you can say literally everything in the game is "for paying players as a bonus" but we all know it's not like that as for the rest... wtf are you even talking?

I will clarify. No whale recharges for welfare, but will get the welfare after they recharge for a different event. It's literally in the name 'welfare,' it's a little extra for free. F2P get a tiny bit of welfare during the week just by doing your regular activities. They named it perfectly. I would never expect a large amount of free welfare from this game.
