If you don't have Monkey King, you can replace it with Ninja Monkey. Azure Fang's Shark Bomb is supported pretty well, ninjutsu buff from both Hashirama and Wind Blade Asuma which both grant 30% to ninjutsu and taijutsu, granted Asuma's buff will only work at full hp. Tenten gives a critical boost to Azure Fang's critical chance by 15% and if you have Tenten's assist card at rank 8, your critical damage will be amplified by 20%.
