Just stop playin on auto, most people complaining about her are Kisame users who just not happy they don't one shot enemies anymore for 5 second wins. You can target her with Suigetsu or Grudge Kakuzu first then one shot her with kisame, or just add second ninja with mystery to your team like AC Kakuzu or Kimi or Edo HIruzen to proc it on whole team and then one shot with Kisame.
She is not god tier support, she is just popular with f2p/low power/new players, but most older players who got more ninjas don't run her because you actually loose with her to most meta teams, just take longer. 
She is decent support, and she counter teams that just rely on single prompt mystery to one shot enemies turn 1, but she is very far from god tier.
Also please don't use anime logic for balance, because it never worked in this game lol. -

sed on you saying, you are meeting her a lot and she slows you down a lot. Well that's something you can fix, that doesn't mean she need to be changed in any way, you just have to adapt.
If you are meeting her as much as you say (can't relate, she is not popular at all with higher power people, maybe like 5 people run her in sage here to troll Kisame users) then it's worth it for you to swap your team. Also Kimi and Kakuzu were both in fukos, and they were just some of the current meta examples, there are f2p/cheaper options like GNW Tenten or Hiruzen etc. Or you could just go auto attack ba sed team, Kakuzu Grudge or Swimsuit Konan or Ronin etc.
Also why shouldn't matches be slow, that's a playstyle some people like going for, immortal team. Just because you personally don't like doesn't mean it shouldn't exist. -
