Hello,
From what I'm understanding of your post, you're asking if there's an automatic check in? If that is your question, there is no such thing. Either someone has been logging into your account or you just used a Jonin Medal to activate the last 5 days of checkins when you logged in yesterday. If it's the latter, I would recommend updating your account security.
