Hello Everyone.

So, since nobody had post something about this; I have a question about this guy... Where the heck can I farm his fragments or buy them? I got him late in the server opening so I am stuck at 2-Stars Iruka (Which is pretty crappy at level 60s)

there must be another way.. i've seen people with 4 stars iruka already in my server... thats 150 fragments
