True, and Kushina is very hard to get currently. Even if one has her from Firework events, getting her frags for 4* is a pain. I would go with Samehada Fusion Kisame, though his BT is hard and requires a lot of vials.
Of course author of this thread should wait till Fuku deals happen first, no point spending 30k coupons now.
