Hello,
in the following picture, you can see, I have 10 "white" seal scroll fragments and 7 "purple" ones.. In recruitment, I can however use only purple ones.
Honestly, I don't know where I got those white ones from (maybe some arena / themed arena?) ... I'm not sure if it's a bug or those fragments were supposed to be time limited and they just didn't disappear, but their details does not say anything about temporary status.
