I would say Karin Taka, Madara 10 Tails (BT), and Kisame Sharkboy (BT). 3 Best F2P right now, Kisame Sharkboy (BT), Madara GNW (BT), Sasuke Rinne (BT). But, probably add Naruto 6 Paths back to those lists once his BT comes out, provided it doesn't get nerfed in our version.
