We have received some reports regarding people who are pretending to be a Staff Member of the Team and ask people to go to a website which is not connected to our Official Gaming Site or trying to solicit various things like Account Information and Payments in exchange of Double amount of In-Game Currency. Please keep in mind that:
1. A real Staff will never ask for critical information about your account (Username and Password), or any personal information.
2. A real Staff will not ask you to go to a sus(pi)cious website aside from the Official one.
3. A real Staff will never ask for monetary things in-game.
4. A real Staff will not use the name "GM" or "GameMaster" in-game aside from the assigned Official Staff Name Format.
We only have the following ways for you to contact official staff from our game:
1. Customer Service Staff are the staff that are tasked to answer all support tickets that are filed. This is the preferred method of communication, and wehighly recommend you to open a support ticket if you face any issues, by clicking on the top right corner icon on the (?) question mark in your mini client, and provide them with the screenshots and your information. Please ensure all screenshots are uncropped and contain server date/time and player info.

If your issue deals with personal information (accounts, recharges etc) - this should be the ONLY way you use to find a resolution.
2. Facebook/Forum/Discord Staff are staff members tasked to help guide players, or to redirect/escalate issues if needed.
