• I actually experienced this in GNW. My Tsunade died in the first round but didnt get a screenshot or video because it just happened so suddenly that I wasn't prepared for it.

  I assumed it was a bug because I used the group summon after Tsunade activated her reverse seal and then the summon was killed so when my team jumped back into battle, Tsunade's reverse seal was gone which cause her to die in the first round of battle.
