Unlike other submissions, Ive decided to explain my strategy not by game mechanics, but rather logical point of view.

Basically, Lightning Main, Shizune & Sai will all serve as baits for Fukurokumaru.

The criminal is sure to act his role as Fukurokumaru if he doesnt want to bust his cover and get caught before he has a chance to execute his plan, whatever it may be.

Why Midnight Blade?

Because. As you can see, Wonderful Story clothing makes him look like a cat, a kin of Fukurokumaru.

Why Sai [Year of the Rat]?

Sai can summon ink rats, which would serve as another bait for the fat cat. Also, after Fuku is deafeated and apprehended, Sai will seal him for good.

Why Shizune?

Simple. Shizune has her walking BBQ factory with her at all times. Yes, I mean Tonton. If Midnight Blade's transformation or Sai's rats will not fool Fukurokumaru, then a fresh juicy steak sure will. No matter if its a cat, or a human in disguise.

This will make him drop his guard and be easily defeated. At least 1 of these 3 baits should work, right?.. riiiight?

And now's when Kiba comes in. After Fukurokumaru is defeated, Kiba summons Akamaru, who will make sure that Fuku does not escape before he gets sealed. (Oh, and Akamaru might also get a chomp or two off the cats bottocks along the way).
