he will likely to be a 4 your friend doesnt know comes with balance/money of the game only few ninjas get to be a 3 stars like reg hashi, reg tobirama, reg danzo and more etc... better farm 6th path to 4 star him

It's always going to be 4 stars in the english version, whereas it's only 3 star for the china versions.
