Which is why they need to rework either arena or those ninjas.
Especially kimi since he don't need breakthrough to be a problem.
Kisame is kinda fine by vertue of requiring investment to get the ninja ,get him to 4 stars and finally getting the right breakthrough.
Kimi ... Nope just recruit him and he's good to destroy ..
The scaling is the issue. Trying to rework kimi and kisame would be to hard to avoid the ninja from being useless. Tencent did not have the foresight that having three players with a P1 ninja that scales isn't good for gameplay.
