He works well with any Konoha Ninjas. Keep in mind that his buff without skillbreaks doesn't stack with Bee's buff (both of which are 30% and last 3 rounds so they don't stack on a ninja like Naruto. The shields do stack but not the 30% Attack and Ninjutsu). He's much better with skillbreaks like mentioned above. On skillbreaks he does stack with other buffs again since the skillbroken buff isn't considered the same buff as Bee's.
