Yes, but honestly I still can't figure out a good team for him to compete on the current meta. With the 20x combo you can just use him in more teams if you don't have any other good support. When I get the +1 chase it may sound better but using him overall is tricky. He is not fitted for p1 while his attack deals great combo so you would usually prefer your combo dealer to be p1.

His barrier makes mostly sence if you use his ressurect skill but only with one avoid you may find him dying too often.
