-New miniclient opens a new window for alt accounts instead of a tab on a single window

-CPU and Ram usage of the new client is off the charts. If you are going with more than 1 account maybe 2 or 3, you will definitely feel it. It is even worse than Google Chrome on this matter.

I don't know if these things can be fixed in time but they are the most visible problems at the moment.
