well... lets see... Ibiki deals about 4k in 1v1 arena, Hidan (regular ST) deals about 7k with mystery, Kakashi (summer) deals about 6k, Minato (edo tensei) deals about 6k, Bee (8tails) deals 4k.

Otherwise in normal 1v1... Ibiki deals about 30k, 10T Madara (ST) deals like 50k to everyone except P1, Minato (edo tensei) deals like 30k .... if we strip it from usual buffs, its still about 10 - 15k for Minato, non buff Ibiki deals about 20k...
If we go to more outdated sphere... Izanagi Danzo, Deidara, Roshi (both regular and edo), Hokage Tsunade, regular 3* Gaara, Tendo...

If that doesnt gives you F2P friendly answer... how about Uchiha Izuna? that guy can oneshot entire team...

So... his dmg isnt the biggest problem... the +2r CD is... his entire barrier is same double edged sword as summer Kakashi´s boost...
How to deal with Kimi? simple control... any chaos, interrupt, immobile, chakra cost increase... or just use enemy´s Kimi against him... his mystery is not undodgable, just let him use it, dodge it and hit him with that sweet +60% bonus to your mystery... if he is using Kimi / Kakashi combo...? consider if you are faster... if you are... just keep the barrier up, let Kakashi lower his def/res and hit as truck...

but honestly, 590k Kisame, Kakuzu, Suigetsu team defeats 750k Kimi, Edo Hiru, Asuma team in 8 / 10 fights.

P.S.: remember when Hokage Tsunade and Sailor Sakura were meta team? Many players were crying over "I cant kill you, you just heal all back up" (yea.. now its Karin and ByaTsuna combo...) Kimi is not a cancer here xD
