Personally. I would reset all the ninja's I don't use, just so that it looks nicer when going into the Ninja Tab.

If i really need to use them, i'm sure i can fully cultivate and awaken them on the spot..
I have so many useless invested ninja's w/ food. Cultivation. Awakening. It's just disgusting.
