Sasuke/Hinata/Shizune could be good. As for immobile, reduce difficulty on that until you're post 55.

If you're going for full lockdown, I'd use fire's third mystery and passive, Seal of Red Lotus and Feather Illusion. But a team like that needs to heal a lot and it's really slow, plus it comes unhinged if one crucial player is taken out. Since posting this I've moved to a more damage-heavy team with GNW Kank, GNW Kiba, Neji, and fire still, with the interrupt mystery and Kyuushoku Deer summon. It's still control-heavy, which I like, but it's way faster and AFK-able XD
