yeah, i am not a very lucky person.
so i need to know which event i should actually save my coupons for when it comes to rinne sasuke for maximum effecinecy specially that i will want to breakthrough him after i get him (25 fragments away from obtaining him)
ichiraku ramen seems to be solid but i am pretty sure i got more from spending on luck ba

The best and least expensive way to get 25 frags of rinne sasuke is on naruto's ramen party.
the points you need to get a fragment is 22 points. So you the points you need to get 25 frags is 550.
Each ramen can earn you a point. So you need 550 ramens to get the 25 frags.
You can earn the ramen you need by clearing plot/elite instances or buying it.
If you buy the needed ramen you will need 5,500 coupons to get all 25 fragments you need.
and later on when i need to breakthrough him (i will work on power first as i am 15k behind), what event should i save for to get him? by the same calculations, 100 fragments would cost 22k but i read that https://forum-narutoen.oasgames.com/page/show-post-40456-1.html it would cost from 15k to 26k which is quite a gamble. even if we assume there'd still be 20 fragments left the cost wouldn't be that much greater ba
sed on luck. but for a solid calculations indeed ramen party seems to have the benefit here.
